Angela Carter Studio

Mixed media geometric abstraction is the framework from which Angela Carter uses form to explore light and darkness. Inspired by the improvisational nature of jazz, her abstractions are organic. Line, rhythm, form, and texture influence harmonious movement in her Art. In “Matter of Time,” Carter depicts the peace and solitude she finds at nights alongside the hyper sensitivity of her days.
